I’ve been to The Good Life Eatery in Chelsea several times in the past and always had a good experience, so I expected the same from this branch. Unfortunately, it fell short in every aspect. I visited with a friend, and while the food was okay, it wasn’t anything special. I was told they have many Coeliac customers but it was clear that this location is not fully gluten-free. The service was lacking, and the atmosphere felt average at best. Overall, it was an underwhelming visit, and neither of us would return.

TL; DR: a good place for sweet things (and probably drinks). Maybe skip it for lunch, though. A little place near Marylebone serving breakfasty/lunchy food as well as drinks. I sampled the wild child bowl and the gluten-free waffle. The waffle was quite good. Innovative use of cashew/almond flower to make it gluten free, nice compote. The wild child bowl was quite disappointing. It wasn't very flavourful. Probably the first place I've been to in London where I felt compelled to add salt to my food. Regarding prices: I usually understand higher prices in small, independent eateries. I'm not one to complain about slightly steep prices if the food is good and I'm supporting a local business. HOWEVER, the bowl was £14, and a decently small portion. I don't think it was worth it considering I wasn't getting a particularly excellent culinary experience. The waffle was quite steep as well at £11, but I understand that - I've also bought cashew and almond flour in the shops. Overall, there are certainly better options in the area. Try a cookie or a waffle here. Try your main elsewhere.
