Love this place. Gluten free pizza Sofia was outstanding

The gluten free pizza is terrible. I have tried it many times and asked for it to be cooked a bit longer but it is still very soft and doughy. To avoid burning it, they have even tried just broiling the top. But my conclusion is that it’s the dough that is the problem. I have had other pizzas at other places and it’s also hit and miss. A cauliflower crust is often okay. But the service is great and the atmosphere is fun.
