My husband and I just finished this class a d I can’t recommend it enough! The chef was no only accommodating to a gluten-free need my husband has, but went out to his way to prepare special adaptations for him. We are both decent cooks and learned a lot in this session. The visit to the market was incredible! Don’t miss this!
