This place serves the best quality food in Eldon. The red enchiladas are the best I've ever tasted! My husband was also extremely impressed by the giant burrito he had. This little "hole in the wall" southwestern place reminded me so much of when I lived in El Paso, TX, and the food was top-notch. They also have gluten free, dairy free, and pork free items- just ask.
