The Griddle is an awesome breakfast spot in Winnemuca! Their menu has a broad selection! It is full of homemade choices as well! My children had their homemade buttermilk pancakes and homemade breakfast sausage. They were delicious, huge and very fluffy! They had real maple syrup and real, whipped butter also!! They even have a gluten free protein pancake option! My husband and I had Cowboy hash. It was delicious! My sourdough came with homemade strawberry jam that was delightful! They have an espresso machine and espresso bar menu as well! I highly recommend stopping here when visiting Winnemuca!

We stop here every year on the way to Burning man at least once. Best breakfast menu I’ve see and recent addition of gluten free pancakes pushed things to 11.
