EDIT In response to the owners reply and to make clear the facts my wife did order the lightly breaded chicken with pasta but not without first checking with the server if the dish can be modified to gluten free. The served confirmed “yes we can do that” as heard clearly by the 4 of us at the table. To your point about “knowing immediately if you had known there was an allergy at the table this would have never happened” you need to check the food order recap. Within 5 minutes of being seated we asked if there was a gluten free menu available and we ordered a shared starter the Cast Iron Brie alerting the server my wife had an allergy (Celiac-GF). In fact we asked the server to alert the kitchen to remove the artisan toast on the platter which was done. As mentioned in my review we alerted the server 4-5 times of my wife’s allergy receiving multiple assurances of acknowledgment from the server. When the dish came to the table yes my wife noted it came with pasta but did not say “i’m gluten free” she asked “is the pasta gluten free”. What would make you think an individual who has been celiac/GF for over 30 years and knows the consequences would even consider ordering a dish without alerting and receiving assurances her needs could be met. What was ordered/confirmed was not delivered correctly and you really shouldn’t boast about the replacement chicken dish. (Please clarify) - you state in your reply “we modify all dishes for guests needs” while also adding “if we had known immediately if there was an allergy at the table this would never have happened - our server would have told you not to order that dish”.Which is it? To both points we did what was asked - we alerted the server early and often and were assured our needs could be met. They were not resulting in a 2 1/2 day serious illness for my wife. And finally to your comment about not being required to identify dietary options on your menu which most restaurants now do I would respond it may not be a requirement but it’s a need. LC Stay away! Should be renamed Sloppy Joes. Recent experience a disaster. No dietary options. We highlighted the need for gluten free 4-5 times given the menu identified nothing but despite 5-6 assurances regular pasta and breaded chicken were served. Asked again if items were gluten free only to be told yes then 5 minutes later the meal was whisked away - too late damage done. Recognizing their mistake the meal was replaced 12 minutes later by flat white rubber micro wave chicken and the same limp broccoli for which we were charged $25:00. Shame on the entire facility. If I could locate a minus star I would post it.

Huge shout out to the manager for being so kind to us. I reached out a few days ahead of time because one in our party is gluten free, and even though it's not on the menu, they made accommodations and grabbed some gluten free pasta to make the dinner perfect.
