The Grizzly Grill

We waited over an hour for food to come out, on a friday night it was early and hardly any patrons were dining, they had plenty of waitresses as well as kitchen staff. There was no reason for delay, indicated they decided to train staff in kitchen, food was coming. Raved about fresh cut fries, they were awful, cooked twice likely and thin cut and gross flavour. Our meals were without sauces as indicated and when asked, came back to say they contain gluten so we couldn't give them to you. I would hope you would return to my table to explain that I may have chose something different. My daughters steak bun was very fatty. Things after waiting an hour were not delivered to table with meal like the microwaved gravy we had to wait for while food sat getting cold. The waitress tried her best but her kitchen and managment team failed her!!! The manager took off a whopping $11 for our inconvenience for 5 people to wait over an hour for our meals!

I have celiac disease and most of the menu can be made to be safe for me! They have gluten-free options for bunds, pizza crust and pasta. I opted for the Maple Glazed Salmon and it did not disappoint! Our server, Molly, was absolutely delightful and knowledgeable about the need to have a gluten-free meal. She was attentive to all of our needs and my dietary needs, especially! She indicated that although they don’t have a dedicated fryer, the kitchen staff and Chef take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination as much as possible. We were all very pleased with our meals. My friends had the ribs and indicated the BBQ sauce was delish. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!
