I bought gluten free pita from bountiful farmers market from happy camel.. We really like it. It’s so soft and tasty.

Used to have great gluten free pitas that we purchased every week at the farmer’s market. The last time we bought three packs and they were horrible, not the same at all. They are dry, cracked and don’t have a “pocket”. This is very sad because so many people enjoyed these and they have pretty clean ingredients. Was told that the reason is they have a new baker, but don’t they have the recipe? Anyways, very disappointed.
