The Harewood End Inn

Nice little countryside inn. The food here is absolutely exceptional and they cater so well to dietary requirements, there was so much of the menu that was available gluten free! Best gluten free garlic bread I’ve ever eaten! The family that run the inn and the staff there are really helpful and friendly too, very welcoming. There’s a lovely garden space out the back that guests can use. Breakfast is only a full English or variations of it if there’s parts you don’t want, so worth noting if you’re planning by a long stay to the area. But they do have a couple of cereal options as well. The style and decoration of the bar and restaurant areas is really well done and cosy. The rooms are nice and comfy, the decor/furnishings are traditional but it could do with a little refresh in places, however there was everything we needed there and it was nice and clean too. If I was visiting the area again I would definitely come here again, especially for the food.

Stayed here as we had an experience booked at Oldfield Forge, and will certainly come again if in the area! The rooms were cozy and warm without being cramped, the food was lovely (and they had a good selection of Gluten options for me!) and the resident fat was very wel behaved
