If you have a gluten intolerance, DO NOT eat here. This is the second time they have messed up my food. The first time, they remade my food, and I was able to pick it up. But today, there was no marking of gluten-free on the togo order. When the restaurant was called, the staff member was not knowledgeable about the food. I was told that as long as it was not fried, it should be gluten-free and that all the ingredients are gluten-free. I assumed they used a gluten-free soy sauce and ate part of my meal. It was not gluten-free, and I am now sick. Thankfully, I don't have to be hospitalized like others with gluten intolerance. If you are going to put "gluten-free options available upon request" on your menus, then you need to CLEARLY mark what can be made gluten-free, and you need to train your staff better. If you do not want to have gluten-free options, then just don't and don't say they are available.
