Ok, I can't say enough about how wonderful The Hog is. We go there all the time and are always happy! Along with their regular menu, Adam, chef, and co-owner is always coming up with specials that are creative and delicious. They won Best Fried Chicken in the Hudson Valley, deservedly so. Their signature sandwich is the OG Birdie; a humongous fried chicken breast served on a bun with lettuce, pickle, and buttermilk mayo. You have an option to add a "hot bath," dipping the Birdie into various flavored baths. Breakfast is also a favorite there, with the Egg Man Platter being my favorite. They have many gluten-free and vegetarian options as well. Don't forget to try their coffee! Adam and his wife Corrine have created a gem in the village. Make sure to stop by!
