⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Someone give ALLISON A RAISE — like, yesterday!! 🙌💸 As someone with celiac disease, eating out can be stressful. I called ahead just to ask about gluten-free options, and Allison went so far above and beyond, I was honestly speechless. Not only was she kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, but when I arrived, she had already made my lunch with more care than anyone ever has. And get this—on the back of the menu, she had handwritten every single gluten-free item, including ingredients she had Googled herself to make sure they were safe. I mean… who does that?! She’s young, thoughtful, and truly exceptional.
