This is my favorite spot in Lincoln, I go every time I visit town. Farm to fork, fresh, locally sourced breakfast and lunch - and looks like they are now open for dinner with artisanal pizza on Wednesday and Fridays. Great vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. They have coffee/tea, bar (beer, wine, & cocktails) and to-go items avaiable. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and it’s located right on the bike path with a lovely view. Eric the manager is always friendly and helpful as are the staff. I recommend the farm egg sandwich and savory breakfast bowl (I have yet to try the pizza but it looks amazing). If you’re looking for a healthy, delicious cafe with a sweet, cozy atmosphere don’t wait for second, head to The Hub Cafe!
