The best! To start this place is so accommodating to our daughter with ASD, although it’s loud the staff, food, and service make it a great place for families or business. The owner is on sight and it shows. The jam is homemade and the syrup bottle came warm! Our server Jazz was on top of it helping us order and giving options to my husband who is gluten and dairy free #GFDF They have GF pancakes too We will be back for sure, great location and easy parking in the structure near by. Strawberry lemonade was spot on.

So happy we have our own Hudson in Troy! The downtown location was always a special treat and happy to say our first experience in Troy was great. Service was friendly and prompt, food was delicious, and ambiance was clean and fresh. Also very happy they have multiple gluten free options. We will definitely be back. Love that there is a bar seating option as well.
