The Ice Hut

Absolutely delicious ice cream from here today, one of the best I've ever had and really big for the price. Friendly staff too. Plus delighted to see dairy and gluten free. I'll definitely be going back when I'm next in Sheringham.

We visited Sheringham on the off chance today. We had chips on the sea front and went back to the area of shops for ice cream and candy floss! The 2 members of staff, at The Ice Hut, were so helpful and accommodating towards my needs! I explained that I had a severe nut allergy, and considering the amount of nut containing flavours of scoop ice cream, I enquired if they were able to use a fresh scooper, to which the lady said she could even go further than that and open a fresh tub of ice cream that I was after. She said that it was not a problem as they take allergies seriously. I thought they went above and beyond for customer service and definitely needed a super review of this! Topping it off, the ice cream was DELICIOUS! 😋 (and even had a gluten free cone, so that topped it off even more so!) Thanks so much for doing this and I hope other customers appreciate these efforts! ***** 5 stars, top service!
