Very good food, very fresh and natural, I am glad they have many options for customers such as gluten free pasta and vegetarian choices. I rate this a 5 star but I still suggest to have other protein choices in the menu for customers with gluten free allergies and have a dish with just more than pasta and sauce.

Took my family to the IHC for our first visit. We shared an arugula salad, fresh and delicious! The pasta dish were good. My kids got he pappardelle bolognese. They both thought it was good but very salty. I got the squid ink pasta with a puttanesca sauce. Wonderful. There was gluten free pasta on the menu which is a really great option when needed.
