If you're debating going here or somewhere else this is a message telling you to choose the Ivy. I was beyond impressed by the Ivy. We found this restaurant by chance on Google and I just can't believe we go so lucky. The food and drinks were amazing, the servers were incredibly attentive and professional and the decor was beautiful, every room felt so cozy and had so much thought put into its decorations. The fresh flowers and little candles on the tables are such a thoughtful addition. It's got everything you're looking for in a restaurant for an unforgettable night. What we ate: * Guacamole (Fresh, creamy, light, this was surprisingly so delicious) * Oysters (Fresh small oysters, perfect quality) * Crispy squash with Mozzarella (they were cooked the right way, they were crunchy but not too hard, could have used more cheese) * Fish Tacos (amazing flavors served with the Guacamole!) * Spaghetti ( I saw a guy at another table eating this and knew I had to get it, the meatballs were insanely good) * homemade lobster tagliatelle (Fresh, cooked perfectly, presented in a lobster) * Red Velvet cake (not dry, great flavours, pink icing!) * Espresso affogato (So good, fresh tahini vanilla Gelato was such a great touch tk this dish) * Pecan square with praline Ice cream and hot fudge (This was to die for, if you go for any reason get this dessert, the Pecan square was cramy and crunchy and had the right amount of nuttiness, the Praline Gelato was light and a perfect contrast between the warm square and hot fudge.) I loved everything our table got, we got drinks too but I forget what they were called, our favourite was the rose champagne with fresh fruits). We also has a member of our party who has celiac and they were very caring and helpful with getting her food).
