Went in for lunch. Being coeliac I have to be strictly gluten free and was delighted that I could have something with gluten free bread, I had a very nice avocado on gluten free toast topped with crumbled Feta and sprinkled with some seeds. Excellent coffee.
Splendid all round, will definitely go again.

The Journalist is so good I've found myself visiting Godalming more, just so I can go there! I unintentionally ate there couple of months ago and think I was bewitched by some sort of spell! Brunch was delicious, I've been back a few times since, AND gluten free'zy....easy peazy! Today I was in a rush so only had time to get a takeaway coffee, but it is THE best coffee around. I was previously a Costa addict, now don't even consider it! Go to the Journalist, you won't regret it!
