Imaginative food, gluten free catered for very well, and a lovely pub with great views! And an excellent pint of Shere Drop too!!

I have never left a review but this place is just incredible!!! I highly recommend! I came for the first time for Sunday lunch with family and despite it being incredibly busy and us not having booked we were treated with warmth. The waitresses were so lovely, smiley and attentive. The chefs were great- we had the lamb, a gluten free lamb, roast beef and risotto; the lamb was so delicious, the roast potatoes were crunchy and fluffy and the gluten free roast had gluten free gravy! The beef and risotto were also delicious! The manager was also proactive and helpful! The only down side is that it’s a difficult building to traverse with a physical disability- but that is just as it’s an old building.
