Went to The Kitchen for the first time this morning and fell in love. Evelyn the manager was so kind and attentive. Food was delicious and not over priced like everything else these days. They have cage free eggs/gluten and dairy free options too! Whole experience was 5 star and we will definitely go back! Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Update- heard from another client that the cook wasn’t at work today. Not sure if it’s a recurring problem. I’ve updated to two stars because the skeleton crew rolled up their sleeves and was just trying to survive the day, remaining cordial and apologetic as our food took a long time (45-50 minutes) to come out. Multiple customers experienced the same. It seemed like the dish wash guy was rolling up his sleeves to come and help welcome guests and setup tables. The food ended up not being what it usually is, very rushed and nothing tasted terribly off. I respect the crew for stepping up but I recommend being more transparent from the get go that we won’t get our food within reasonable timeframe. We were coming here because it has everything our family needed: gluten free options for waffles and pancakes for one of our kids and decaf coffee drinks. Showed up this fine September 2022 Saturday morning and they’re out of blueberries, they haven’t had decaf for a month according to our server, and threw out their batch of GF mix the day before without preparing more for the next day, also according to the server. Not our local choice anymore. Very disappointed
