The Lakeside Beefeater

We booked a table for my Dads 90th birthday, his favourite place to eat out as he loves the gammon steak they have on the menu. Leigh served us and the service was exceptional. Having just being diagnosed with Celiac I was a little apprehensive about what I would be able to eat but Leigh was extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel like ‘one of those awkward customers’! He was back and forth to the kitchen and even adapted one meal so that I could eat it. Thank you so much to Leigh for helping me and for my Dads birthday meal being ‘on the house’. I will certainly be going back when I visit again.
