Portabello mushrooms on toast. Simple dish but executed so well! The bread was the best I've had in NZ. Fluffy with the right density on the inside and the best crust I've had outside of France. It maintained its crunch despite the mushrooms. Coffee was good too. Also catered for gluten free people.
