This place was a wonderful surprise. My wife has gluten and dairy allergies and there are lots of delicious options. I got the avocado toast with poached eggs and bacon. She got the breakfast tortilla and we shared the banana chocolate chip muffin. Fantastic. Everything was “made with love” according to the owner and I could taste it. He wa a wonderful guy as well. It was clear he loved his work. We definitely will go back.

Food is incredible - favorite breakfast spot in charlotte. Love all the gluten free options and health focus of the restaurant. Only thing is they are very unstaffed for a Sunday. The staff did an amazing job with the number of tables but there needs to be more servers for Sunday brunch.
