Chose this place as kids menu had a few gluten free options - when ordering turns out there is an error on the menu and not all these options are available - got offered roast with chips as an option - spoke to my son and prepared him that his pasta wasn’t coming but he’d receive chips and meat - they bought his roast to the table with vegetables as they made a mistake and chips weren’t actually gluten free - my son understandably was not happy and cried - we were not informed that there was an error with the chips and vegetables were just brought to the table - we would not have chosen to go here if the menu accurately reflected the options - my son left not eating anything only moving vegetables around. Do not go here if you are looking for a variety of gluten free options would not recommend

Great communication with staff about coeliac patron and offered some great options. Were there for a senior birthday celebration. We were the furthest away from play area (in front of fire place) but there were children running in between our table and screaming, playing chasey (about 8yo) for at least 15 minutes. Took this long for a staff member to talk to them as their parents didn’t.

I am so sad for my kids as a mother to 2 gluten free coeliac children it’s disappointing to go to a restaurant where there are little to no gluten free options for kids. The only option is roast of the day! Not really a kid friendly option and it needs to be altered anyway. Yet your restaurant is “family friendly” even adults have little to no gluten free starters, really only a few main options and no gluten free adult desserts. A simple pasta option or a bowl of chips would make it more appealing for the kids at least. Thank you for making my little kids feel even more excluded from eating normal foods like their brother and friends get to. Coeliac disease is in fact a disease and eating the wrong foods can have severe long term effects on your body. It’s not a choice it’s a medical requirement. Perhaps it’s time to review your menu to be inclusive to everyone. Especially children!
