My family and I all have issues with gluten and dairy and trying to find a place that makes sweet treats can be extremely difficult. I stumbled upon The Little Bald Baker on Facebook before my birthday and decided to give it a try! My birthday cake not only looked beautiful, but tasted amazing as well, you couldn’t even tell it was gluten and dairy free. Since then, we have ordered 4 other cakes that have turned out just as beautifully! Stephanie is always flexible, professional, and incredibly kind and she is our go-to for when we need a sweet treat! We will continue to be loyal to her and recommend her to anyone who needs a food allergy baker!
