The Lobster House

Came here on a weekday was about an hour wait when arriving early evening. But we went down to sit by the water and they texted us when the table was ready. Food was very tasty and had a good experience overall. Bill seemed reasonably priced for 2 people about 80 each (with tip) with drinks and 2 apps. Had the Schooner Dinner which I don’t usually eat half those items but it was a delicious new experience. Date had the blackened redfish which was also tasty! Shrimp cocktail is only 4 shrimp but wow were they amazing. Also they have gluten free options with its own menu. Waiter was hard to find when we wanted the check but at least we didn’t feel rushed out. Will definitely be coming back.

Server messed up order and he tried to explain it look like we ordered the wrong thing. My daughter has Celiac and did not feel comfortable eating there as nothing in menu even remotely offers gluten free items, server says " Are you just not hungry". It is not your business.Know your place. Needed separate checks and he stated only 2 could be done. Such bull. There were 9 people in the party. Brendan, If you are busy and cannot handle a 9 top, state that. You clearly did not do steps of service. We had bread plates at the table and you did not bring over bread. Nor did you refill water without being asked. You were friendly but you need to stop taking tables if you cannot handle them. We were very limited on time or we would have our right meals made for us. Time to update the dated Restaurant a tad. The 1960s are calling and would like their uniforms back. Hideous.

Quick service and courteous. The crab imperial was delicious. Like that they have gluten free options. Definitely will go back, husband enjoyed his meal also and loved the lobster bisque.
