Last couple of times we’ve visited the longhorn we’ve been served by Louis. He has been great. My children have coeliac so placing an order can be hard but he understood exactly what they wanted and the food arrived correct.

There was notice to advise that meals were 45 minutes wait time which was fine as it was so busy but we didn't have to wait that long which was great. The starters came out but my sister had soup and it was cold so had to be sent back which was a shame as we had all finished our starters and she was left eating on her own. There were no issues with the main course , everything was great. The staff were all really lovely and there was great care taken with our order when we let her know that one of our party was gluten free - really appreciated :-)
