Went this weekend for a family meal. The food was great, some of it was exceptional (scallops and pavlova), but the experience was badly let down by very sulky service.
One of us is a coeliac so we have to be extra careful to avoid gluten. When trying to order ice cream and make sure the tuile didn't have gluten we were sternly told to "stop talking about the gluten". I don't think the waitress looking after us managed to smile even once.
Looking through some other low score reviews it often appears to be about poor service, which is a shame for such a lovely venue and location.
