The Love Food Kitchen

I get my weekly meals prepared by the beautiful ladies at Love Food and I couldn’t rave more. The food is SO delicious and having freshly prepared meals delivered twice a week is incredible. It saves me so much time and reduces my mental load considerably. I have a young baby and I love that the extra time I have back now that I am not prepping food can be spent with her. I never have to think about what to cook for lunch or dinner and it frees up so much mental space for me and my husband. We also have both commented how good we feel eating the meals. Our digestion and energy are better and we can really tell the difference. I also am gluten and dairy free and they tailor all the meals to these requirements, all while still making them taste amazing and with so much variety (which is very hard to find in a meal prep service, trust me I have tried them all!)
