Not only is this a wonderful hotel on the beautiful North coast of Bali but it has also been a safe place for me to eat with celiac. They have 2 restaurants in the hotel for guests both of which have been incredibly catering to my diet (which is also vegetarian in addition to celiac). I have been able to eat typical Balinese dishes which they have accommodated to make gluten free and they have had gluten free bread available to supplement into other dishes. With my allergy card everything was efficiently able to be communicated with the kitchen and I did not get sick.
