The Magnolia Pancake Haus

After an hour wait they called us to sit too early, and asked us to stand at the front. After another eight minutes or so my wife was notified that we were removed from the list, when asked they said we were called seven minutes ago..... After that was taken care of, the service was good and we ordered. The only thing marked gluten free on the menu is not gluten free on the weekends because the kitchen can't prevent cross contamination. So the one item I was looking forward to was off the table. The hash browns were thin and hard, the pancakes came with no butter and syrup. The syrup showed up about 5 minutes after the food did.

I really enjoy the food here (Farmer’s Scramble is my favorite) and we’ve come to eat here countless times as well as the Huebner location. Especially because they’re the only big breakfast place that offers gluten free pancakes! The only gripe I have is the waitlist. You can be 12th or 13th in line, pull up in the lot and still would have to wait around, but they kick you off the list right after 60 seconds. Then the wait doubles after that even though you weren’t even up to be seated. I can understand being 2nd or 3rd in line, even 4th, and being removed but 12th or 13th in line is a little ridiculous. Disappointed!
