We enjoyed ourselves overall and would probably go back!
It was very clean and modern inside, which was really nice! It did feel a little sparse and I wouldn't call it cozy, but it was nice. It looks like it's in an old Burger King restaurant from the outside, but inside you'd have no idea.
The service was really great too! All the staff we interacted with were very quick, kind, and attentive. Our waitress was very accommodating about menu and ingredient questions and was able to answer all of them.
They do have an alternate menu if you have dietary restrictions such as gluten free, dairy free, or vegan which was also helpful!
We are vegetarian and had the mango curry with paneer and it was really tasty! It was enough for us to share, but we did need more rice (I LOVE rice).
We had it at a level 3 spicy, and I would say their spice levels are "American" compared to some other Indian places I've been where they really lay on the heat even at a level 3/5. It was nice that they did have a spice bottle they could bring you so you could adjust the heat level to your liking though.
The main thing that was disappointing was the Traditional Onion Salad. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't just half an onion next to half a cucumber on a plate sprinkled with a small bit of spices and a dash of cilantro with dressing on the side. We made the best of it and did still eat it; I mixed mine in with my curry which added some nice fresh flavor. We paid $8 for that and it was basically just prepped veggies. We will definitely not order that again.
All in all, even with ordering a salad, extra naan, and extra rice, we managed to eat for around $40 after the tip since we shared the curry.
