Good service from a polite young man. Gorgeous location with beautiful views! My husband enjoyed the steak + chips. £4 for a tiny pot of peppercorn sauce though! I chose the beef roast which was not enjoyable- beef was bland & tough, roasties had a strange but bland taste (no seasoning at all, not sure what they were cooked in!), pigs in blankets were tasteless & like rubber. Very very disappointing! No gluten free Yorkshire option. Childs menu - the burger bun was burnt and the burger overdone. No mention of the bun being covered in sesame seeds on the childs menu. Wont be returning sadly :(

Had a quick bite to eat. Good menu options with plenty for my gluten free partner. Tasty and promptly served. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Really nice dog friendly pub! Good food and fast service. We sat in the conservatory with our dogs. One of our party is gluten intolerant and they not only had food for her but also an ale! Good sized portions too 👍🏾
