Ordered from here seeing they are run by the same people as curry culutre, but it's not quite the same.
Disclaimers:
I've only ordered here once, your experience may vary from mine.
The food is still very good, but I'm still going to nitpick about it because i'm a insufferable human being.
Key things I noted that were different from curry culture:
Naan Bread - more doughy? It's not cooked as hot, and appears to have less gluten development. It's more soft and not as chewy.
Butter Lamb - a bit more acidic, however that can easily come down to just the specific tomato they used, produce is highly variable. It's really not enough to matter.
Goat Briyani - This one I have some gripes with, once again im not sure if it's just this one specific order or what.
Bones, yes I know it's bone in, but compared to it's parent store there is a LOT more bones, around double. (by size)
Rice is softer and wetter, i'm not sure if there was too much liquid, or it was overcooked, or both. The flavor feels a little bit duller due to this. It's really not that bad, and was still enjoyable.
No caramelized onions, it's the little things like this that make biryani really enjoyable for me.
Overall it's still great. Both places serve amazing indian food.
