Decor a little dated but it was clean and the owner and staff were very friendly. We had a good cup of tea and excellent coffee with a generous portion of delicious fresh baked cake - of which there was a really nice selection to choose from (and mostly gluten free). Garden seating area basic but nice. The cafe was recommended to us for hot food and sandwiches although we didn't have on this occasion. Very reasonably priced and on a par with similar cafes.

This is our go-to place for breakfast. A great price for a lovely full English which isn't greasy like some others in town. Gluten intolerance is also catered for with items such as sausages & bread.
