Tried The Melt for the gluten free option and I’ve got mixed feelings. First off, props for even having a GF bun, love that for us, very live laugh love. But the bun is tiny compared to the patty. Like, cutest little sad bun that couldn’t keep up with the burger.
Flavor wise, the patty itself was a letdown. Juicy? Absolutely. But it’s the kind of over the top juicy that just destroys the bun and leaves you with a soggy mess falling apart in your hands. The bun itself actually tasted good, but overall the burger was flat on seasoning and the whole experience felt unbalanced.
If you’re gluten free, it’s an option, but definitely not the star it could be.
