Just wanted to give a huge shout out to this place! Between my wife and I we have several food allergies and the waitress (I believe her name was Rachel) Was so kind and patient with us as we asked a million questions. My wife has celiac and I was scared there wouldn't be a lot of options for her but there were plenty! The staff took all the proper precautions for allergies and my wife and I were able to enjoy a lovely meal!

First off I'm really disappointed in this Melting Pot. I made reservations days in advance and I chose this restaurant because of their Gluten free options, and within in the reservation on their website they asked if I was was celebrating anything special. I put that I was celebrating my birthday. When I showed up 11/11 neither the host, server (Elizabeth) or management acknowledge that I was celebrating my birthday even though it was listed on the reservation. I see plenty of pictures and reviews of people thanking the restaurant for making their day special but I couldn't even get the words "Happy Birthday". Melting Pot was a BIG BIG disappointment on celebrating my day. Just a heads up for those planning to celebrate at this restaurant.
