Melting Pot

We brought our family to the restaurant on Thursday, April 17th for dinner, and it didn't go well--long delays, issues with service, etc--leading us to leave without eating. The owner and manager reached out to apologize and asked us to try again; we returned Monday, April 21st to a truly excellent dining experience. The service was stellar, the food was fantastic, and we truly felt appreciated as customers. TONS of gluten free options, felt like a great, safe place to eat with an allergy. I would absolutely recommend the Gaithersburg Melting Pot after tonight's dinner; we will be returning!

Nina was phenomenal!! My husband and I visited the Melting Pot for our 5th anniversary. Nina went above and beyond to make it feel personalized and special. Additionally, they were very sensitive to my gluten allergy. The only thing that I found difficult was that some things that contained gluten were touching and you had to share the pot with non-gluten food. My husband is used to it by now so we had a system to only use a certain side of the pot, not a big deal! Overall, it was an amazing experience and we are looking forward to another visit!
