It has been years since I last visited The Melting Pot. My family decided to treat me for Mother's Day. There was a special menu just for the event. The food was really good. They were able to easily accommodate our son's gluten allergy as well as my dietary preferences. It was a fun process cooking all our food. Everything was provided, including instructions on the cook time. We were there for a little over two hours. Our waitress struggled a little bit from a service perspective. The quality of our service seemed to decrease the longer we were there. We asked her for things that never came. There would be long wait times between when she checked on us. However, a manager happened to come around at the end to assist. He got us everything we needed as well as some extra goodies. He also gifted me with a rose for Mother's Day. All in all it was a good experience. However, I would definitely request a different server the next time.
