Went there for the first time with my mom for her birthday. The owner is very kind and tried to make the situation right. But we waited for about 20-30 minutes at our table with no one around before I went up and asked the host when our waiter would come. Turns out the host didn’t let our waiter know that we had been seated… by this point we were really hungry and we knew that fondue places take a while to get the food out. But the entire process took a couple of hours. I have Celiac’s disease so the gluten free options were great (especially the gluten free brownies). I appreciate the owner being so kind and comping our dessert, but for the price of the place I would expect the staff to communicate better.
