We chanced upon the Mill Bakery when we were on the Gold Coast Monday 1dt July. My husband being Coeliac always struggles to find a bakery that can cater for him. The Mill exceeded his expectations,not only with the bread and food as whole quality but the care and consideration the staff took to help. This is a breath of fresh air as in Qld most food outlets fall short of these qualities. Or the food on offer is of inferior quality and or reluctant to help.
Highly recommend the Mill Bakery and will certainly return when on the GC.
