The Millennium Pub is a point of reference in Busto for those looking for an informal and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for an evening with friends. Excellent selection of draft beers, well-filled sandwiches (also gluten-free) and generous portions. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, with that touch of a true Irish pub. Always very busy, so it's best to book to find a seat!

I'll start by saying that we've known this place for many years and we've always enjoyed eating here, so much so that we've celebrated our anniversaries, birthdays, etc. here. Last night, however, the experience was terrible. My husband and I had booked a table at 8 pm (on the occasion of Celiac Day, since we've both been gluten intolerant for a year). We arrive, they seat us and after 10 minutes they take our orders: two vegan and gluten-free sandwiches and drinks. Literally an hour goes by and at 9 pm only my sandwich arrives. Nothing for my husband. We wait another 20 minutes and a sandwich with ham arrives at the table for my husband. We reiterate that we had ordered a vegan sandwich. They take it back. In the meantime, I find a black and hard touch in the sandwich. The waiter takes the sandwich away saying it was slightly burnt soy, I say it was a bone or a stone, because he can't explain how it was so hard that if it had fallen under my tooth it would have at least made it fall. It's 10pm when my husband, without having eaten anything yet, gets up, goes to the cashier and tells the staff that we were leaving. They offer us the two sandwiches for the great inconvenience (we had to wait another half hour) and we go home practically fasting. Arrived at 8pm and without dinner until 10pm and beyond. I'm sorry that last night I think the staff was not complete but the situation was truly unacceptable.

English: My boyfriend (CELIACS) and I, unfortunately, had a “bad” culinary experience. We arrived at the pub at 8.20pm, the order was taken at around 8.45pm and we were finally served around 9.30/9.45pm, all the while asking one of the waiters to find out how the dishes were as they had been served before the customers who arrived after us. In addition to the very acceptable delay (it can happen) we also had the insult, the dishes were cold and stringy, probably they had forgotten them, given the useless attempt to reheat them; it would have been appreciated by the staff to remake the dishes because they were promptly warned of the poor quality of their products. €60 given away for a dinner that wasn't even finished. We were very sorry, we had very high expectations, we didn't like leaving food, we nibbled something just because we were hungry. The coke on tap was excellent but I don't think we'll be back. Hopefully this review can help you improve and pay more attention. Good luck!
