From the owner: "New restaurant and the only dedicated gluten-free facility & restaurant in Maple Ridge. Everything is made in house. All of our dishes are gluten-free and plant-based. Dedicated facility and restaurant with 10 seating capacity. No alcohol. We use certified gluten-free, organic brown rice noodles for our pasta dishes and lasagna. All of our dishes are gluten-free, including the sandwiches, kebab, falafel, all soups and stews, salads, and specialty dishes. Fish and chips and schnitzel are also gluten-free when available, using certified gluten-free flour blend for the wet and dry batters. Pizza, shepherds pie, hummus, chocolate hummus, brownies, cookies, muffins, rice pudding, corn bread, you name it! Naan bread, pita bread, 11 gram protein wraps, grilled cheese, and the list goes on. All 100% gluten free and made in our dedicated facility."
