dude the food was so good i forgot i was in east Lansing for a second, holy moly. Rich flavor, kind staff, super quick turnaround for visually profound plating, and a staff that knows their allergies (as a patron with Celiac disease)

What a wonderfully refreshing find is The Morning Post. Food is unique compared to most other breakfast places and very healthy. Fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious. Lots of gluten free options that are easily incorporated into your meals. For instance, because eggs Benedict needs an English muffin, that is substituted here with a polenta cake. So no need to limit options so much as other places. Service was helpful , friendly, and pleasant. Overall a great place.
