The Mugshot Tavern is one of my favorite places to eat in the city. They have a great menu (with gluten free options, too!). My favourites are the Big Mug and the Turkey Club and there are lots of other delicious options.
Their staff is very friendly and what always brings me back is the customer service. One time I wanted to try something new. I mentioned that I was hesitant because the last time I tried a new dish I didn't particularly enjoy it. He seemed concerned about what I didn't like about that dish and highly recommend the one I was inquiring about so I got it. It was absolutely delicious and to my surprise they actually brought me a double order of it, which was not expected at all but very appreciated.
