We’ve dined at The Mule many times and it has been our go-to restaurant for eating out, especially since both my daughter and I are celiac and have always appreciated your gluten-free options and care.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit to the Cambridge location was disappointing. The service fell very short of what we’ve come to expect. Our server got our drink orders wrong twice, and there was a noticeably long wait for our meals, despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy at all.
We’ve always valued The Mule for its reliability and attentiveness, especially given our dietary needs, which makes this experience all the more disappointing
