After travelling from South Wales for a Wedding we were looking forward to a lovely Sunday roast the day after and opted for the New Inn. We wasn't disappointed. The food was super tasty and the portions were huge. I had a small one in the hope I would fit in a dessert but failed miserably. I am gluten intolerant and they were also fab in this regard. Accommodating my dietary needs by buying in some GF Yorkshire Puddings and popping out of the kitchen to explain what I could eat etc ... My husband really enjoyed his Giant Yorkshire pudding with mixed meats. Can't recommend the New Inn enough. It's a shame we live so far away. This would be a gem to have on the doorstep. Very jealous of the people of Barlby.
