I love the food here but unfortunately had a very poor customer service experience. We don't live close but try to pick up an order if we're nearby. Last year we did a pickup order and realized when we opened our food that the orders had gotten mixed up, including which was to be gluten free.. the two had very different spice levels so we couldn't just swap the dishes. I called the restaurant and spoke to Daniel, asking for a refund as we didn't live close to come back and get the correct order. Daniel assured me that instead of a refund, our next order would be free. This was after I explained that we didn't know when we'd be back given that we live far away, and Daniel still assured me we would get a free order instead of a refund.
Fast forward to now, we went by to get the free order and Daniel was actually there, but he refused to give us the free order. We even showed him the picture of the order with the receipt that I had taken, but he still refused. Very disappointing.
