If you didn’t know this place was there, you probably would just drive by. This is a small restaurant in the community of Port Williams, just down the road and across the river from Wolfville. We discovered the place because we were on an Annapolis Valley wine tour, and this was our stop for lunch. Not to say anything bad about the wine tour but this was the highlight of the day. All the pastas are hand made. I had the shell noodles with chorizo and because of a gluten intolerance my partner had an Asian stir fry made with rice noodles. Both dishes were fantastic. Our daughters are planning a wine tour with a different operator, so the plan is to visit Noodle Guy for dinner. Molto Saporito!
