only one person's opinion, but it seems to me that one thing you shouldn't screw up on in the food service business is dietary restrictions. nook has failed us on more than one occasion including tonight. looking forward to several days of painful illness now. please, if your kitchen staff is not going to pay attention to order details, don't even put "gluten-free bun" on your menu. just don't. it is not worth the risk, to your establishment or your patrons.
needless to say, we will not be returning. the indifference of the staff (including a "manager") when i brought this to their attention spoke volumes. simply amazing. very sad to see this fixture of st. paul deteriorate into the same mediocre squalor as every other dive bar, but so it goes.
